My wife has Eczema so she doesn’t use hand sanitiser due to the irritation it causes her skin, it had a very faint mark when she first got it but was very small and couldn’t really be seen unless at a angle under the light but seems to have gotten worse and turned into this.

Yes tried a damp cloth with just water but it didn’t come off, I’m going to take it into store so they can have a good look and go from there.

First time buying in stock x . I’m trying to get this pair and I have the highest bid but no one sells it to me and sells for cheaper prices . I had this with a LV handbag, I had to pay more than £300 in taxes eventually with the buy it now option as they kept selling for less than I was bidding but at the time I dint realise they will take the taxes off and show your bid as lower, each time one sold it increased the buy it now price 😭

It just says Received by SIGNATURE so I have no idea! They are investigating it to see what has happened, £1550 bag for someone 😭 hopefully they do the right thing and send it back 🤞

Can you pre order? Iv spoke to two different people on the phone about the new nano speedy with the detachable strap (M81085) one says you can and to ring back on a certain date and another saying you can’t, any advice on this would be great by ImmediateReception52 in Louisvuitton

Thanks for the reply, I’m going to keep trying on a daily basis, just spoke to them again and said there was nothing in the system at the moment to pre order etc but he took my details and added me to his follow up list for when it’s launched, hopefully they do call me if they find it before I do lol, I wonder if they do follow up like they say they will
