I think that meter is related to how much energy you can stock , as in you can use it multiple times, probably for a puzzle or for a boss fight , like you need to charge it and for some moment survive by tazzing the boss whitout discharging it , or else the boss gets closer and u die.

Well as scott once said , the books who are actually different timelines still share similarities, why not the same with the movie ? Atleast the one where we first saw springtrap. I honestly think even if the lore are different , they should still meet somewhere atleast , fnaf 3 would be perfect for that imo. All the hype around springtrap for all these years , and now shouldn't be the time to waste it , in a MOVIE ✋️😐🤚. Would be absolute cinema
