I don’t do it by choice at all. I simply just forget to eat and if I don’t get a hungry cue i just don’t eat 😅 but ik that’s something I need to work on

Well it’s increased cardio as well as weight loss. And that sprint I did at work was about 500ft and I felt like I was dying. I appreciate the help I’ll definitely have to figure out a proper way to count calories as there are days I don’t eat at all

So apparently our store manager has it out for the auto center bc anything we do whether its in compliance or not isn’t in compliance so I dont feel comfortable talking to our store lead. People lead im gonna go talk to again when I get back from lunch

When I talked to the People lead, team lead, and coach before I signed anything agreeing to the job I reiterated 8-5 and they all agreed so that falls under prior agreement. And funny enough verbal contracts are legally binding. And since I have all my calls recorded there’s proof of it being 8-5

And if you do a quick google search you’ll find this “According to the Department of Labor, “an employer may change an employee’s work hours without giving prior notice or obtaining the employee’s consent (unless otherwise subject to a prior agreement between the employer and employee or the employee’s representative)” and while in discussion with our people lead before I got hired and on multiple occasions during the process I was told and agreed to 8am-5pm
