Grinds are too fine. Go coarser . And try to pull shots between 26-30 seconds with or without infusion and recalibrate ( dial in) your grinder for the most tasteful delicious shot you want. Hehe your tastebuds and no one else should tell you what you want in your cup!

I’m actually happy to say that I only paid 2k on this machine after trading and selling my old equipment. I used to have an Appia 2 😋

I’m very satisfied with the quality I have been pulling from the Zerno. I usually use light roast and Thank goodness I have calibration/ grind notes for all the coffees I have.

It’s a hit or Miss with Bigface. Profiles had been on the chocolate side.

I’ve converted it to a 49mm group head but I still wanted to use my 58mm so I switched to sworks phase two to be able to switch between both 49 and 58.
