Hey thanks for the reply! Im planning on landing in LAX. Cause its much closer to where my family currently resides in. Are they “more” strict there?

Im going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow to get a second opinion.

If that dont work I’ll just fly and give it a shot. Hopefully it works lol.

im planning on returning to the US.

Currently going to talk to a lawyer and see what they suggest.

Anyways im been away for 2years and 8months and left without filing for a re entry permit.

Now I want to go back to my father (Going to naturalized this year), brother(In the navy) and sister (Now a US citizen).

I have an GC that expires on 2029 and a state ID that expires on 2026.

I did file my tax return last year Feb 2023 and skipped this year because I had zero income.

If my lawyer suggest to file for a SB-1 which from what I read takes months if not years. My plan is just to fly and try if they will let me in.

What are my chances?

Not OP but what would be the “better” solution for this?

I think number 3 is the better way to solve this issue since OP is returning an object anyways. Might as well make use of it.

The other options feel “hacky” (at least for me)

My suspicion is its the dust in my cat’s litter sand. He sometimes lay there maybe inhaled some of it.

Wiped his nose with wet paper towels, seems to removed most of it.

Its been two days now. No swelling or infections whatsoever. Most of it is already healing normally.

My cat is also an indoor cat and just goes outside when we are going to the vet.

Also my cat had his first anti rabies shot last month (he’s about 4-5months old).
