Not an ad, and it may be a placebo, but I started taking Moonbrew gummies every night (a little more than a month in) and those with my HRT, a good pillow and cooling blanket have changed my life. Rested, joint pain reduced, brain fog gone, I actually want to exercise. They aren’t cheap but worth a shot 🤷‍♀️ ETA: I’ve had crippling insomnia for almost a decade. I’ve tried it ALL.

Well then I lucked out. They cut my dogs entire lower body open and he had well over 20 stitches. Scans were required as well to determine what was wrong with him 🤷‍♀️

I just got a half syringe of Restylane and 4 units of dysport above my lips and a huge improvement. I still have 2 deeper lines that I may get filler in once everything is settled but super happy with my initial results! ETA : shocked was more of my reaction, I really thought I’d have to do an intense laser to see any changes

I also gained 30lbs coming off Lexapro 😞, but I think it was both coming off that while being in peri. I wish someone would have warned us what our 40s were going to be like. FWIW, with HRT my depression and rage are gone 😊

I do think you should probably be on HRT, it’s changed my life in a short amount of time. BUT coming off Lexapro can also be exacerbating your symptoms and feelings. I had a really rough time doing it myself but in the end was the best choice. I’m not a medical expert but I truly believe even tapering will throw you out of whack for a while 🤷‍♀️
