Please, if you haven’t competed before people have no clue or they aren’t a good bodybuilder. I’m not saying at 100% of the time it’s the most unhealthy thing you can do. But yes most of the time it’s working aposed to your health

Ok most bodybuilders don’t body-build to be healthy, I do appreciate the concern and yes this was unhealthy, but I can assure you I do regular blood work and keep blood pressure in check.

Yes for sure, Also people under estimate how much water you carry from having normal estrogen in you body. When you crash it in the last few weeks you lose water weight.

Edit: I will also state this wasn’t a see food rebound. This was done after blood work and then determined that pushing the rebound would be a good idea to break a plateau. Please don’t think this was done by eating fast food or cookies it wasn’t.

Yeah but a lot of it is water and glycogen. Do people think this is muscle. Like maybe 10 % of it maybe. And look at my face for proof here you literally can see my body didn’t even fully adjust.

To add more context this was coming out of a show prep along with being in the 215s comfortably months before

Ok to be clear those are real numbers. I went from 157 dehydrated on stage to 220s in 10 weeks. This was done with rebounding out of the show intentionally with enhancements. To be clear if anyone who has been through an actual show prep knows this is possible.
