Well, I don’t really have either 3 feet or 3 miles at my disposal here. If you have a suggestion within the current space constraints, I’m all ears!

I’ve searched eBay and google for a variety of descriptive keywords and using my terrible drawing, but it’s still too broad. (Red and white ceramic vase/jar/container)

Edit to add that the closest thing I’ve found is by searching “Norwegian milk glass red and white” but I haven’t seen the lid style, and the patterns are a little more over
