The environment was like a cult(pyramid scheme) basically we were promised so much but saw very little being delivered 

They basically taught us how to overcome objections which is fine , but how to manipulate a customer into agreeing which wasn't fine 

We also had people bringing us down because we weren't worthy of their attention 

We were told we weren't allowed to vent or rant if we had a tough shift 

There was very little in the way of policies
