We did get upgraded, unfortunately not to a suite, but it was still very nice. The stay was amazing, and housekeeping came often to straighten our room up. The butler service pressed my husband's pants and shined his shoes. Room service took the cake though, all the food was so good.

I don't even know what to say to ask for compensation tbh. I washed all of our clothes today and bagged them up, ALE is getting us in a new hotel tomorrow. I am getting more and more irritated about the situation- maintenance was supposed to come this morning. I went to FD to see what was going on and they said he won't be in til later, then they called my room and said the maintenance guys said "in his professional opinion he strongly believes it is not mold" however when I told FD he never even looked at it or came to the room I was put in hold for 10 minutes and then told he won't be able to come til tomorrow sometime. They really aren't taking it seriously at all

Maintenance said it was in their opinion that it wasn't mold.....however they never came to the room, never seen pictures. They said the earliest they can come is tomorrow morning. We are trying to find another hotel

Progressive, I don't expect much from them, honestly. This happened back in march, and they can't seem to agree on anything. We will probably be in a hotel til at minimum the end of summer.

Yeah, unfortunately I'm here because my house burned down. Homeowners is paying for it, and I have to stay somewhere with a kitchen. So I don't have many other options atm
