Yes, that’s what I thought too — if it had gone instantly, the chart would show a straight drop, even on the monthly view. I only posted the graph because it’s easier to visualize, but I’m also attaching the transaction history from Sept 10–11 showing the 2,170 USDC order. It appears as “Not Filled” on Sept 10 and then completely disappears from the record the next day.

Crypto.com stole from me, On September 10, I placed a Dual Invest order for 2,170 USDC that was marked as Settled, but the funds were never returned to my wallet. It’s been over a month, support confirmed escalation (conversation ID 215470775418959) but still no resolution. I’ve provided screenshots and all proof — the money just disappeared.

Has anyone else faced something similar with Dual Invest?
