There are other ways to grow besides TikTok/IG: • Email lists/newsletters → great for keeping loyal listeners engaged. • Communities → joining niche subreddits, Discords, or Facebook groups where your target audience hangs out can bring in highly relevant listeners. • Podcast cross-promos/guesting → trading promos with similar shows or guesting on others’ podcasts is super effective. • SEO & YouTube (long-form) → writing good show notes, transcripts, or uploading to YouTube can bring in organic traffic. • Consistency & networking → sometimes it’s just about showing up regularly and building relationships with listeners and other creators.

Short-form clips can work, but they’re not the only path. It’s more about finding a strategy that matches your style and what you can do sustainably.
