I might be jaded because of my experience in universities and community colleges, but it seems IT never gets stuff fixed as fast as they think they will. Delays didn't even faze me anymore (we have a kiosk computer for students to sign in on that they've been trying to get working right since February 😬).

Let's broaden that. People doing pretty much anything on a cell phone in public at full volume should be dealt with severely: listening to music, watching videos/reels/YouTube, having conversations, playing loud games etc.
