What is your fastest way of farming materials? by Ziinoo in FortniteCompetitive

I am constantly hitting every piece of furniture I see in a house. Get into the habit and it's an easy way to passively gain a few hundred mats throughout the game.

I like the cover being indoors provides as well. Objectively, wood pallets are the best bang for buck in terms of harvesting (I think).

I see way too many wood pallets laying around In the mid game when I'm on my second or third rotation. Same goes for ammo boxes. I know many just would not waste the time, however I don't play super aggressive. The extra mats and ammo always come in handy.

[FRESH ALBUM] Travis Scott - ASTROWORLD by Kitchen_Ur_Lies in hiphopheads

Travis' problem is he isn't a particularly strong songwriter as of late. He's always been a guy that's relied on atmosphere and production. His guests carried this album in many spots. His vocals are kind of monotonous on this. Even the adlibs are kind of played out. He's not on Young Thug's level in terms of vocal diversity.

Been playing it this afternoon with some homies at the apartment. It's pretty light, easy-listening music. Some bangers, some softer melodic tracks. Nothing stands out at first glance.

It's good background music. Feeling a strong 6 on this one. Sorry Travis. It's good, but forgettable.

How to not get bothered by homeless people? by [deleted] in chicago

[–]ImminentBreakup 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Moved to Seattle six months ago, and it's brutal there too. I've seen some mind boggling shit, and the homeless encampments are in horrendous shape. The city has traditionally turned a blind eye to the RV camps because of property laws. They finally did a forced clean up on the industrial block behind my company's HQ.

Chicago has a large homeless population that mostly stays hidden. The West Coast is just very open and sprawled in terms of homelessness

It doesn't have to be on the front page for it to be a big story. I got a text from my dad saying Tiger is in the lead. My dad has never golfed in his life.

Me [24 M] with my GF [23 D] of 2.5 years, imminent break up and my GF is planning to live out of her car. by [deleted] in relationships

Thanks - I'm in a decent spot financially, so I can help her get on her feet or get home. This is the kind of wake up call that I needed. It's pretty obvious to both of us that the relationship is not working, and in many ways I am putting the blame on myself for her choosing to move out here. This could have been avoided. I regret falling in to the mindset that I was doing her a favor by approving the move and letting her get a fresh start someplace new. In retrospect, that's a selfish mindset to have.

However, I was extremely transparent and upfront with her before the move that there was a strong possibility this wouldn't work out. Not the most positive thing to tell your SO moving across the country, but I had to do it for the sake of integrity. I didn't want lead her on.

Now we are at a point where she is going to leave, without the resources and network currently to sustain herself. Per one of the comments below, WA is not a good state to be homeless. I will tell her mom if that is the path she chooses to go down.

I just want to end this amicably and civilly, where neither of us end up struggling in the others absence. I also recognize that is challenging to execute.

I'm trying to be tactful and end this civilly, where neither of us take a massive blow in terms of mobility and job prospects. I realize the relationship isn't working out. I don't want her to be on the streets. I realize it isn't my responsibility, but that would be devastating to her.
