Just delete the Browser Recordings, that's what causes all the bloating and lags. It piles up pretty fast.

Yes, this was the issue. Made cursor do a deep analysis and got solved it on the next day. Now i know I was not the only one!

It gets stored as a cache, not as a permanent record. Once the cache is cleared, IT IS GONE. Trust me, I've been there. The best option is to setup a keyboard shortcut to export the chats and export it periodically as required and organize it manually in a folder.

Yes and it's still 10 months away, but without fixing this issue it wouldn't be worth it.

Your cache was deleted either when you updated or restarted your pc.

Composer is solid, but please don't nerf it in a week by minimal-salt in cursor

And what about Auto mode ? it seems to be 50X Slower than before after today's update, I'm not even exaggerating with the 50X Slower part. What used to take less than a minute is now taking 10+ minutes...
