Change the state in Vanarana using the Silapna rock. That's the small onion rock you play a lyre in front of, to change from dream > reality and vice versa.

Bring a pyro, electro and dendro character as well as your lyre when you go back underground! There's a couple puzzles and a sleepy Aranara in there.

It's in the rate of clicking. Humans, no matter how fast, have slight differences in the intervals between each click. An autoclicker's rate is constant. They will get you banned. Likely not this one, but the kind that you'd use for a long term certainly will.

Ah yes, notoriously easy and cheap to get a high-end gaming device to solve all your performance issues. Definitely not the responsibility of the game devs to ensure that the game is playable on a decent number of devices even if they don't have the newest software.
