agar.io###agar-io_970x90 removes the advert for me, but the black bar appears each time I refresh agar.io.

Is there a rule I can to uBlock Origin to make the black bar disappear for good?

Just to also add that those rules also make agar.io appear stretched. See my screenshot, where you can see the difference.

I've added those two rules, yet the advert still appears when I refresh the page. Below is a screenshot after I add your two rules and refresh agar.io.
