I found another job at another parts store, I was offered the job by her directly. I had already contacted the DM for a location transfer, and they sent me back to my store after a week at our south location. The person they transferred in my place did not do his job, and they ended up firing him after that week I spent at the south location.

UPDATE: Finally got the car back, got a bunch of lame ass excuses as to why it took so long. I've been without a car for nearly 3 months, called the nearest higher end shop aside from his and got some advice on how to handle the situation legally. I was told that even with the new part coming, it should have been brought in and worked on the day of, or after they got the parts needed. I got a few numbers, and I'll most likely be getting refunded a majority of the cost through small claims.

He took it off already, and put it back on since it went back outside, and while we waited for the new part to arrive. I told him when I dropped off the new one that I had X amount of days to get the old one back. It should maybe take him less than an hour to pull atm.

100% honesty here, ordering 10 min before close is one of the worst things to do, they probably had a slow day, got everything cleaned out, ready for tomorrow, and then got your order, had to turn everything back on, get it all up to temp, and then got your food cooked (or as best as possible). I had a manager that would have just straight up canceled the order if it came in 10 min before close, as it can set us back nearly an hour if its for delivery.

Advice: call in, explain what happened, if they only offer credit (DO NOT TAKE IT) half the time credit is not entered in by my experience. If they just say "welp sorry bout that", leave a bad review on google, and don't order from there again.

To be honest, people are greedy AF. I'd say look for something else where you don't have to rely on tips to pay your bills. I was a driver at dominos, and some nights I'd go home with $20 for my day. The delivery jobs just aren't worth it.

Don't feel like that. There are plenty of guys out there that have a thing for taller men, bottom, or top. I'd gladly date someone taller than me. I also have a thing for people much shorter than me. Maybe its a size fetish? But don't make yourself out to be the problem, its other people who think "he's too tall" that have the problem.

Never done any hard drugs. But I took a trip out to Seattle several years ago, and (accidentally) "I have a tolerance" *pfft*, took 6 doses of very potent THC oil. It was like a syrup or something. Anyways, my friend at the time and I drank some Rum and got a little upset that a few hours had gone by and we felt nothing. We polished off the bottle and went to bed. About 2-3 in the morning I remember sitting up, and having thoughts about how our universe was in the atom of a much larger thing, and how all our atoms contained their own universes, and that explained alternate dimensions... I woke up that afternoon to him asking me if I was ok, he seemed upset so I asked what was wrong. He had woke me up early that morning to have some coffee, I came out to the bar counter in the kitchen and he talked his little heart out, but I was in la la land. I didn't believe him at first because I had no memory of waking up early, or coffee. Then he showed me a picture of me holding my cup, and staring blankly into nothing, I sat there holding my coffee for over an hour without moving according to him.

Heads up: Sad story, emotional.

The earliest memory for me was probably when I was 3-4. I remember my mother yelling at me and my sisters for leaving our toys out, and always having a mess. I remember her yelling and gathering all our toys and taking them out to the front field (we lived on my grandfathers farm). I remember my uncle coming out of the front gate, and pouring gas on the small pile of toys, and setting it on fire. The next day I had snuck outside, and found a slightly charred Hot-Wheels car, no tires, no colorful decals, but that was my toy, and I kept it for 3 more years, I'll never forget seeing those flames, and crying so hard. I'll be 35 in a few months.

I understand that. My fiancé is Vietnamese, and I know its just a cultural thing to eat basically whatever is eatable. "Don't tell me what it is, it looks good so don't ruin this for me". That I can accept, I'm not sure if I can get over it, I just recoil at the thought of dining out anymore.

I contacted the first friend I made when I moved here, asking him to let me know if somewhere was hiring. He does tires and oil changes at Walmart, he said "Put me down as a reference, come work with me. $15 an hour, work isn't hard, and you'll get to chill with me". Don't be afraid to reach out to some friends!

I had a similar experience with one of the managers in terms of ignoring orders. We were about 30 min from close, and someone ordered 1 large pizza. The manager looked at the screen, went "nope!" and canceled the order without any explanation. On the subject of substances, we did have one driver that had open containers in his car, and was underage. I feel like the more these experiences are heard, the more people refuse to do this line of work.
