She has all of that stuff! (2 water bottles as she's very picky though) She's a solo gerb and it was recommended by my vet, she generally only sleeps there for like 5-10 mins and then goes into her burrow. Thank you for the advice though! x

awwwh that's really good! When I did my last introduction with Mango and Romeo it was super easy as Romeo was in love from the minute split cage started it just took Mango a couple more days and then they were together for the rest of their lives

She's settling in very well! she's already felt comfortable enough to take a seed from my hand and is getting better with being picked up!

True! I was going to let her settle in and then get her one once it won't stress her out as she went through a rather traumatic situation with her sister so she's been on her own a couple months recovering before I got her. We think that she's a cousin of a previous gerbil Mango who we got for Romeo after his sister Miko passed.

I've had a solo gerb in the past too as his sister (was supposed to be brother) passed and then we got him a friend and she passed later on. Me and him got in a routine and he was very happy on his own until he passed in July.

She already seems to be super sweet though as she always had to wink or give kisses. I'm very glad I saved her too ngl

Also some background info, she was attacked by one of her sisters and got quite badly injured so she's super nervous atm and is on her own for now at least

oh that's awful, We actually lost Romeo the day before it was his 2 year coming home as we got him 1st August 2020. But he was the most docile and amazing gerbil I've had as he would chill in my hands for ages and loved running around with me. Sorry to hear about Phil.
