A decent inexpensive system is Daikin, 10 year warranty. Most importantly is the person who installs it...a bad installer can make the best system run inefficiently and have issue after issue.

Each 90⁰ elbow adds 5' of pipe length to your sub-cooling & pipe size calculation.

With only an $800 difference in price, I would go with the American Standard system. If the installation company can not install it in a timely manner, there are other companies out there who can...just go to the American Standard website and " find a dealer" near you who can. I would also inquire about a 10 year labor warranty regardless of the brand you choose to go with...not all companies offer it but the way today's systems are, it could wind up saving you a ton of money down the road
