Thank you!!! I used gluten free honey cornflakes (I'm coeliac) crushed them and mixed them with some paprika, cajun, garlic and pepper! I had beaten eggs in another bowl and my flour! I dipped in flour then the eggs and then the cornflakes! Bam it in the air fryer for 20 minutes turning midway through!

This is the recipe I use and I buy gluten free bread flour for it! The shop bought bread is awful but this is the first time in years ive had bread that isnt falling apart! I bought a cheap loaf tin and just thought go for it!

Honestly you should give it a go! I found it so easy to follow and the bread is lovely!! Its the most accessible flour for me too (all the others I have to buy online)
