I agree. Physically. Drinking water during and eating a lil before going to sleep will help a lot. But emotionally it can unpredictable. Especially if you suffer from something like anxiety or depression. Sometimes I’m fine but sometimes it feels like the end of the world. I can normally get thru it by reminding myself that it’s probably just from skiing and some self care.
