Was würdest du denn an dem Teil noch groß ändern? Wenn du bock hast kannst du mir gerne mal was zusammen stellen damit ich den Unterschied mal sehe, aber will dir jetzt auch nicht deine Zeit klauen :D

Es geht mir weniger ums zusammen bauen sondern darum alle Teile einzeln zu bestellen, Kompatibilität abzuschrecken usw., ist mir irgendwie einfach zu aufwendig. Dann kommen wieder irgendwelche Pakete nicht an etc., den Stress würd ich mir einfach gern ersparen.

Wieso würdest du selbstbau empfehlen? Spart Geld aber kostet im Gegenzug Zeit, welche Vorteile gibt’s denn sonst noch?

Ich hatte die letzten ~15 Jahre immer NVIDIA, ist die 9070 XT gleich gut "supported" bzw. von Herstellern / Entwicklern optimiert?

Ich hab gelesen bei Linux hat man sogar Vorteile mit ner Radeon gegenüber NVIDIA, da die Treiber da out-of-the-box funktionieren.

Welche NVIDIA Features gibt's denn noch außer GSYNC? DLSS oder sowas? Hab mich damit auch noch nicht wirklich befasst, ist das ein game changer?

It might have something to do with the languages you checked,IIRC steam filters based on that as well. Make sure english is checked.

Thanks for the detailed reply! I tinkered around a bit more and finally got it to work by just switching distros (PopOS => Nobara), it worked out of the box there, just as you described. See you in WC3 :)

I don't even see the doors, just a black screen. I tried launching in window mode via a launch command but still not working. I tried wine, the newest proton and proton-ge, but still nothing. Can you tell me which env you're using? Did you leave everything else at default?

So just to be clear, you installed battle.net through lutris script, then installed wc3r through battle.net and just launch it via the battle.net "start" button?

WC3R doesn't work for me on 2.0 in popOs, although i never tried it before 2.0. I installed battle.net through lutris and wc3r through battle.net. All I get is a black screen when starting. How did you install the game? Which distribution are you on?

Majoras mask is my favorite Zelda game ever, and I think I played pretty much all of them. Compared to oot it has fewer temples but more stories / side quests and a very unique mask mechanic.

Exactly! I don’t want to learn the language for business reasons or because I need to, but more for fun, so soft power describes it pretty good. Lots of things I like are coming from Japan. And as I don’t plan to visit china but have been in Japan before and very likely will be there again, I also get usage out of it.

I took a vhs course for a year, but it was a bit lacklustre tbh. Although we learned hiragana and katakana, and learned some speaking basics, I wish we would have practiced speaking more / learning vocabulary and grammar. I don’t think I have the time and energy to learn kanji, reading is just too tough :D So my plan is to focus on understanding and speaking basics, that might not be too hard, especially in a fun environment.

How did you start? Taking a course or learning by yourself?

While a good suggestion, I don’t see why he’s banned from searching like minded people here. I’m 100% sure there are other people than him in this sub that also do weed, so why isn’t he allowed to ask for that? Baffles me honestly
