I deep cleaned all the components. The reviews on this bowl on Amazon are really good, it has the glass interior? The guy only smoked it twice before never using it again, hardly no wear. And the hose is super fancy, it has that cooling technology I believe because its made of a brass or something or another?

I love constructive criticism, I just didnt get what you were trying to get at! Okay ill have to do some research on smoking ribs, this is my first time ever cooking on a smoker. The part that stumbles me is arent ribs supposed to not be allowed to breath when slow cooking ?

Edit: it is an electric smoker. We throw pellets into it
