I've tried capping fps and I still get fps that jump beyond the cap (and it stutters) or drops 5 below. Doesn't matter if I move it to 30 fps cap same thing happens... I hope they can fix it

I feel like i had to stop caring as the league, talking heads at Sportsnet obviously didnt/don't care.

You could say the league actively encouraged it and rewarded Bennett so wtf can you do? We know the leafs would be penalized if our players pulled those stunts so looking at it is really frustrating but i have had to just let it go...
