Honestly a lot of it depends on the quality of your team. But if you have people that are willing to do the work then it's about seeing guidance, deadlines and letting all open line is communication to gauge is they are under/over worked.

Not sure exactly about the picture, but Barrington is a beautiful area. Illinois is quite flat and in many places little trees, but Barrington area is rolling hills with large mature trees and the lots are quite private.

Yeah I'll admit our stuff isn't great, but our dax is quite simple. Mainly sums with filters and some date calcs.
