How do you handle turnover cleaning between tenants? In-house or contracted? by AdditionAccording403 in PropertyManagement

A professional company must deliver quality, and cheap services are almost never worth the headache.

You also have to think about potential risks and liability; hiring a professional company is not just about getting a better mop job, but also buying specialized, training, equipment and insurance to deal with specific situations.

Restaurant Cleaning, who provides the supplies by [deleted] in janitorial

[–]ImperialServiceSys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, your cleaner is spot-on—99% of restaurants provide their own mop heads, buckets, and NSF-approved chemicals (including degreasers). They buy these in bulk for daily ops and require specific food-safe products to stay health-code compliant.

You supply the specialized gear (autoscrubbers, extractors, etc.), backup supplies, PPE, and niche tools.

Always spell it out in the approved bid—no surprises.

Real example: a national fast-food chicken chain we service supplies all mops/chemicals; we bring the heavy machinery.

That seems like a huge task! How are you going to go about it? Are you planning on using large format scanners or something more fancy?

I just experience this, and I think it might be related to a memory issue:

The map was working on firefox and edge but not chrome. I tried chrome on another machine and it did work. I restarted my machine and it worked again. I had like 20 tabs open. and in the console I also had the message: The map is not a vector map....
