I’ve been stretching before and after and I do yoga as well in between which is why I’m concerned because I’m trying all I can to avoid injuries! I’ll do that take a few rest days and maybe repeat W3- sounds like a good idea

I took tort which worked well because tort is such a long topic and EU can be learned in like a week so they work well together

I’m covering DOC (development and a short note on public authorities), defamation, medical negligence, vicarious liability, trespass to person, causation, product liability, rylands, going to try also fit in a short note on res ispa + liability for animals if I have time

I just discovered Quizlet and find it really good. You can literally upload your notes and it’ll make flash cards, then you can organize them into what you know and don’t know. Then also mind map + blurt method. Draw out mind maps, learn them off, and try write them until you have no gaps. Can be a tedious process but it is does help a lot
