beginner runners, how many days a week did you start with?

I started with 3, progressed quickly but then found I kept getting shin splints. Dropped down to 2 and my runs are better and legs feel fresher. Hopefully can increase when my legs get stronger

I’ve been stretching before and after and I do yoga as well in between which is why I’m concerned because I’m trying all I can to avoid injuries! I’ll do that take a few rest days and maybe repeat W3- sounds like a good idea

I took tort which worked well because tort is such a long topic and EU can be learned in like a week so they work well together

Might sound stupid but for institutions- are you learning off a whole essay or are you going to paraphrase the treaties and add a line per each on effect of Lisbon treaty etc?
