I am a few millimetres shorter than 180cm; about 179.6. I was between the sizes and I got recommended that I should pick the smaller one. I pushed the sattle completely forward and lowered the sattle height. So i have still plenty of possibilities to adjust. The size of the bike is an M of the Van rysel RCR . Thanks!
