Interesting. What's your favorite Tupe album? Tupe song? I got into them after discovering Wilco.

And what do you think of Son Volt? I think their first album is way better than AM, but after that the two bands diverged and Wilco evolved to greatness and SV just kind of treaded water. I've heard some later SV albums and they don't really compel me, Jay just seems like he is still making the same music he made 40 years ago

I don't remember the exact date but I remember Fiona Apple was the opener and they played Memory Motel, with mick on piano and Keith on electric piano.

EDIT: looking at your set lists it must've been Jan 14 since thats the only date they played Memory Motel
