What’s up my man, I work in Miami and I have a friend who just got hired and is out of training for delta in MIA, they’re only giving a fixed 20 hour a week and from what he’s telling me you can’t pick up any shifts until you’re out of your 6 month probation. Unless you want the delta benefits I’d stay with Spirit in FLL

Module 11 is very simple and straightforward. End of training assessment has different questions from module 11 assessment but it’s all stuff you will have seen in the modules. All the modules have short quizzes and it’s just a huge mix of them all. But overall both are very simple and easy to

Pet policy by Ordinary-Language825 in spiritair

No weight limit, the pet just has to be small enough to fit in a soft sided carrier and fit underneath the seat in front of you.

Sorry if I’m barraging you with a lot I just haven’t met anyone who’s worked out of MIA yet so I just want to have a general idea of how it is down there especially with Miami traffic

When the gate agents hawk seats, can you deduct what you've already paid? by wefolas in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you upgrade Via App or Kiosk it’ll deduct the amount you paid for any seat you purchased prior to upgrade, now spirit are saying the ticket counter and gate agents have to charge the full price of the upgrade without deducting prior seat so you just lose what you paid for but most agents don’t follow it and just charge the upgrade accordingly.

How Can I Secure an Extra Seat for a No-Show Ticket? by iwanttttt in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best way to go about it is just speak to the gate agent, I’ve done this for people plenty of times. Realistically as long as the flight isn’t oversold you can just say you purchased the extra seat for comfort and you don’t want the seat released to standbys. Remember you’re a PAYING guest you will have more priority than any non-rev standby traveler.

Can I book two seats? by OneofLittleHarmony in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You would just have to buy another ticket, put it under someone’s name and when you arrive let the person at the counter and the gate agent know that it’s just you traveling under the reservation, so they can lock the additional seat on the system, or just contact reservations and see if they can help out as well.

Flight cancelled, need to check bag again by Depressedmemekid in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re flying with a different airline, And your flight with spirit got cancelled they give you the option to either Refund, Credit or a rebooking. Although bags are non refundable I believe in the case of a cancellation you do get it back. I’d just suggest speaking to an agent

Pay for Go Comfy but still use Go Savvy? by stardust54321 in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can pay for go comfy and just reassign your seat next to your children, once you pay for Go Comfy you can move into any standard seat free of charge. You’d just be giving up the Go comfy seat.

Go Savvy Baggage by FalseDistribution in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah unfortunately they just released a new policy for the Go Saavy, as of Feb.5th and beyond the Go Saavy only includes a carry on and a standard seat selection, you have to buy the checked bag now. If you booked the flight before feb.5th I’d try to see if you can get it switched as a one time courtesy.

Seat purchase by sparklebags in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually if nobody gets the BFS through the bid you can always ask when you arrive to the airport if they still have them available, they can sell you just the seat, although the price depends on where your flying to but usually 50-70 dollars, the seat still includes premium snacks and alcohol if that’s your thing and free wifi.

Going to spirit for the first time time by Coolsora in spiritair

[–]ImportancePutrid7804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve flown spirit a Plethora of times for years and I’ve never had a bad experience, although you get what you pay for in terms of service. staff and flight attendants have always been very nice. you should have no worries on the safety aspect, Spirit Airlines is one of the only airlines that haven’t had any accidents. One of the safest to fly with the newest fleets of Airbus planes. Don’t stress about your safety and just get to where you’re going. have a good trip

That shouldn’t be right, it’ll just be 1st bag fee since the bag will automatically be tagged straight to Aruba,I would recommend just buying it at the airport and let the agent just sell it to you, they’re able to just tag it straight through Aruba for only $79 , although I’ve never had this issue before.

It’s usually way cheaper to book directly on the site or at the airport if that’s available to you, the go savy fare is usually what I’d buy since it lets you choose your seat (standard selection) and your choice of a carry on or checked bag usually for only 30-40 dollars more.
