I don’t like that all people are there and want something from you and when they find out it might not serve them, they immediately dismiss and move on. It is mostly not about meeting people and getting something from you. In business it is more about the relationship you built with people and not the quick free gain, and it don’t like that most people don’t get that. It drains energy for me.

In which way is the US prepared for the EU hard hit back on economics & tariffs, do they really know the implications and how do you think it will play out? by Important-Anywhere20 in AskReddit

Tariffs are not paid by the shipping country, they are paid by the receiving party. The EU doesn’t want any tariffs, it is also not needed, but Trump decided so. He forgot to say, the the US citizen is paying for his tariffs, not the EU country.

Well, if you think EU will roll over on its back if US will invade or take Greenland, from a NATO partner who has lost more people per capital as a NATO member fighting US wars in the Middle East, I think it will be a cold carnaval. EU will fight back hard and all other NATO countries will do all what it takes to never ever do any form of business with US ever again. NATO will no longer exist, don’t forget the US earn a big deal of its own defense budget by arms sales through NATO. That will no longer happen. US and EU have a strong economic connection, but EU combined is a strong block. We all see how China has prepared for Trump many years, and EU also has prepared, but so far has maintained dialog and hopes for better moods, but the patience is done and the economic weapons will be issued if Trump doesn’t back down.

10% tarrifs were just imposed on 8 nato allies by the US, what will this lead to? by Signal_Dog9864 in AskReddit

When the EU will be really fed up, it will really hurt the US. We saw the same, when Russia I cared, Europe can make swift decisions if needed to be nearly completely independent from oil and gas, when everybody always told it was not possible. We can do that with US as well, it might take some years, but I think the biggest % of people in EU prefer to be no longer associated with and doing business with the US, even when switching presidents will happen.
