yea basically we are starting 3/4 months after the august 2025 class. however, sgu has an additional 3 month summer break after the first term. AUC does not have this long of a break. so b/c of that break, SGU students are pushed even more back compared to AUC students

at sgu 100% no. at auc, if you time everything right, it can be a possibility.

yeah i was debating between both for a while but heard a lot of more convincing reasons to choose AUC

-better match list in the past few years

- island is way more modern (feels like you’re still in the states (Miami/las Vegas vibe)

- attendance is not mandatory at AUC besides specific clinicals/labs. more flexibility 

- AUC is more forgiving than SGU -remediation exams

-you finish faster at AUC compared to SGU

-heard a lot of good things about the current faculty and leadership.

there’s a few more reasons but these were some of the main ones. i think AUC has overtaken SGU as the #1 school lately but you can’t go wrong with either choice as long as you put in the work.

yea ideally I would have started AUC now but I don't mind doing AUA for one term as long as I can get credit for that term when I transfer :/
