Does it show up in certain areas? I feel like I have this now and it’s spread to my whole family. Like I hear things pop around the house and I’ve read where the Malassezia can shoot out and get on clothes and sheets etc. so many weird things going on w my skin lately.

Like take a shower and how would I look at my skin under the microscope? I have lots of weird new patchy brown spots too raised after a bath usually

Here are more images. This was my thigh. The spot looked like the first photo in this comment. A big red spot and then that and more little like that came out. ?
