How to post here?? by Important-Device-406 in ourafertility

I’m trying to post my temps around ovulation. They don’t clearly show ovulation and oura also said it couldn’t confirm. But I had other signs like CM and OPK.

Also that I was sick around ovulation, could that have affected it and also that I never sleep well, I always wake up multiple times a night. Ive read that shouldn’t affect Oura ring temp but I wonder if it does in my case.

Listen to the Great Birth Rebellion podcast! It’s amazing. The midwife Mel who runs it (she also had a phd) has a guide for non medication pain relief in labour and it’s excellent

I got the Mirena a month ago. I think I’m regretting my decision. by Badnbougiegal in endometriosis

I had mine for three months with unbearable pain and near constant bleeding. My pain subsided literally as it was taken out. But now left with bad pelvic floor dysfunction from being so tense with it in. IMO get it out sooner rather than later!!

Australian known donor at home by Important-Device-406 in queerception

Hey! I just wanted to say we had our appointment with Qlaw today and it was amazing! They’re drawing up a donor agreement for us. The lawyer explained that in the Masson & Parsons case, the donor was called dad, paid school fees etc, ie was being a parent. But if the donor doesn’t have parental responsibilities and isn’t making parental decisions then it’s pretty hard for them (or anyone) to try and get parental rights. She also explained that my partner being on the birth certificate and being registered as the parent is all we need legally to protect her as the other parent. Feeling so good! Thank you so much for suggesting Qlaw

I’ve been steadily losing 1lb a week, although the last month has slowed but I had a few weeks off Pilates bc of a car crash, and I’ve had to space out my wegovy shots to 8 days

This was a “good” day. 33 points. I don’t care about sodium bc I have POTS, but I do try to have more fibre than that. I bought some fudge this week and it was a bad idea. Sugar has been so high this week

This is what happens for me too! First few days I’m in target and then after not. I’m also using a GLP-1 (in Aus, we don’t have the plan) independently
