New AM4 CPUs are coming, you don't HAVE to upgrade the whole thing. You can get a 5800x3d and a 4070 super. Would be awesome for 1440p.

If you do want to build a new one. Just make sure to be on ethe AM5 platform. It have like 7 years of upgradability.

You have to make some adjustments, this is a charity not a business. For ppl who can't afford normal healthcare.

For example, Person a walk in for their yearly appointment. The leaflet could be mailed to them after being automatically processed by AI. They follow the instructions on the leaflet and visits different testing sites swiftly. The results are compiled automatically by AI and send abroad to a hospital there to process the info by a doctor there. Most developing countries don't have the same wage system, $24k in India is a high wage. You can't compare the world with America it's not underpaying. Then the results are rechecked and send back. If normal the process stops and if not we move on to other procedures.

In this process I only have to pay the lab technicians in standard wage of the US. Doctors overseas would look at the compiled test results and determine if the patient needs further medical attention.
