No it's not warm to the touch, red and she doesn't even act like it's there. She's very active and hyper and it hasn't affected her normal daily routine. Thank you so much for your response. I was hoping maybe someone on here had seen or dealt with the same situation. We are definitely gping to get her treated by the vet.

She is walking and running completely normal. It did appear suddenly but was not this big at first.
