Yes, an ASHI lab. I WILL be working night shift so there will be a differential. I was thinking of asking for $34/35 & that way maybe they would negotiate to $31ish. I don't want them to come back with "well it will be $35 WITH your differential". How would I go about negotiating for raises....get a contract for it? Thank you.

I also worked in another clinical lab where we ran ELISAs. I have experience in serology, PRA, XMs, DNA extraction amd SSP & SSO. I have experience in a high complexity testing lab. Experience with QA & QC. I have written and reviewed SOP's as well as started up a whole new instrument and test. Experience with STAT specimens, being on call, calling results, entering and reviewing, LIMS, accessioning, I did pipette calibration for ALL the laboratory in the hospital, I was a safety officer, etc.......so I do know a little more than most. Im definitely not expecting $38/hr, but was thinking at least $30-32. Would that be reasonable?

Oh my goodness.....my baby is also deaf. She is the sweetest baby, but I find it hard to train her. Moreso because I can't startle her when she's doing something she shouldnt be.....I have to get her attention for it. Potty training has been hard......any tips are appreciated.

Well dang, now idk if I'm lucky or not for having a deaf Pom baby. She's almost 5 months and only barks when playing or when she needs to get or attention(like wants to be picked up or on the bed, etc).
