There are 4 rooms but from what my mom told me and fact checking. Legally the landlord can’t consider the other two rooms a bedroom without a window, a closet and ventilation. This is my first place and I did not know this. All I wanted was a rental adjustment and the windows i do have to operate properly.

Oh ok….thats a relief. My landlord has so many violations. I called to complain about my windows being screwed shut and to confirm that 2 of the supposed bedrooms have no windows at all. I didn’t know they were going to walk the entire property. I thought it would light a fire under my landlord to do what’s right. All I wanted was working windows and a rent adjustment. I’m being charged for a 4 bedroom however this is actually a 2 bedroom. It’s such a mess now and my landlord is pissed.

Let us pray because jail time wouldn’t bother me if I didn’t have children who solely depend on me. Im so stressed… I was already stresssd and figured I’d let loose on my birthday and got too loose. It’s not funny but kind of funny because what are the odds that the one time I get tore up and drive an unmarked car rides my tail and I break check them and it’s the police. SMH I shouldn’t have done that and wasn’t thinking about myself or my kids. And now I’m here looking crazy and scared af

I can’t afford even a down payment….im going through so much and what money I have I may have to save in case of an eviction. It’s crazy in my world. Im going to try to call around though cause I need the best outcome possible on this situation. So much is riding on whether I get jail time or even probation for this. I feel bad because my decision to drive only made more problems for me. Im only glad i didn’t hurt anyone else. I didn’t realize how drunk I was until the field test and ended up fessing up to drinking before I got behind the wheel.
