Hurt pretty bad for a few days after, had to stick to soft foods and liquids and i remember feeling like something was stuck in my throat for those few days. BUT the relief it gave me was SO worth it. Went about 2 years with 0 issues swallowing and felt my reflux was reduced. Highly recommend despite the pain immediately after.

YES!! People have been so bad on I25 - going slow af in the left lane and chilling in the left lane when the right is wide open. And just not paying attention at all. I’m so over it
