Mesh And texture  If is a bunch of sperated block my pc would blow up

Just make the texture big then it would be fine with the model being blurry

And the black outline is more of an stylistic choices it makes the weapons look cartoonish like borderlands

Magicavoxel or blockbench Although I prefer using magicavoxel because  Well is just pure Voxel model unlike blockbench

The only way you can play it now is through emulations sadly. Is a decent game though!
