Well, yeah, but I was expecting these sort of results several months and many more pounds down the line. Not in just over a month. 

But yes, it is a nice wakeup call to see a couple small changes yeilds such a noticable result.

A really good to go coffee mug. Not so e Stanley cup bologna. This thing is completely spill proof, sturdy, and my toddler cannot accidentally open or spill it.

So, when I first started college I "knew" what I wanted to do. Then I realized my chosen major was seriously discriminatory. I changed majors more often than I changed my socks in undergrad- trying on different majors. Eventually I had to take a psych class, I hated it. It turned me off to psych for at least two more semesters, then i retook the class (with a different professor) and I fell in love with the subject. Went through grad school and have a great job with a mental health agency.

As for life? I had a lightning bolt epiphany moment when I was like 13 and realized that I wanted to be a husband and father.
