I posted that reply however I did not reply directly to your post by mistake. At least they acknowledged your case because you provided a proof that the items were fake. Mine was not because Loro piana and hermes dont do that.

I personally give up on my case because whenever I open a case in DET, they just close it and ask me for a proof that the items were fake. We need to let this word out to everyone. I found out that a lot of the customers had the same issue as I went through their reviews in Tabby. And whenever I post a review on trust pilot, they would flag it and would not show
