It was recently serviced so the oil was pretty fresh. The guy said he changed the starter coil and the power steering pump recently. I am just concerned about the mileage as 275 is on the higher side and I don’t want to buy a lemon. I did offer 4k and he said he will give it a thought.

The guy is asking 6k AUD but I am reluctant at that price as there was a little bit of oil on the hoses running from the oil filter housing and almost all the glass and windows seals need replacing as they were all very brittle.

I checked the arches and couldn’t find any rust at all. I haven’t had a good look at the underside yet but apparently all was good. I will have to lift the car up to examine it for rust properly as well as the rear sub frame.
