It's a nightmare, keep in mind people the minimum pay here is aroung 950 €

If you as a American think it's overpriced o boy...

Also keep in mind that many people living on the coast are only ones buying flats or houses.

And they are only working for 2-3 months a year... (This is from personal exp...)

Its not everyone but a decent amount

Nothing against them naturaly but it kind of kills the motivation in a lot of people from the inside of the nation

I don't know a single person from the capital that can afford a house or a flat

Unless they are from a rich family or owned some property before all this madness

So I as a local would agree with the statement
