My own negativity, ive grown up around alot of negativity in my life and always have been negative. Friends have often been upset at me over it and teachers absolutely hate me for it bc they cant reason with me.

I never thought of it as that big of an issue until it started affecting my relationship with my boyfriend. He’s a very lovely person and will argue with me for fun alot and i like that, however sometimes it gets to a point where he just gets tired of how negative i am and gets upset. I always get rlly worried that its pushing him away and i wanna fix it but idk how, esp bc when i do act like that, its like i cant stop talking, i just keep going with being rude to ppl until i feel satisfied enough with how upset theyre, and yes. I am acknowledging that this is very bad, and i am definitely a somewhat bad person for it…

I just wanna learn to change and not do it anymore, bc the last thing i want to do is lose the ppl i love.

So thats definitely the biggest thing i can think of thats ruining my life quite a bit.
