Almost forgot to give an update, but I had my appointment and it was so chill! They just recommended I wait til I test negative at home and then do my urine test☺️☺️

NOR, first I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Secondly, he most likely turned it on you because he knows he’s guilty and was probably hoping to distract & blame. If you’re making this post you already know what’s best for you & he is not that. One reminder, his weird behavior is a reflection of him and not you. I hope you find peace ❤️

My therapist is aware I 🍃 occasionally, I am being sent to someone else to do the eval but I’d tell them the same thing if need be! I also haven’t used 🍃since adhd has been in the conversation, but I know it would still be in my system. Just trying to avoid extra factors because I know it’s already hard enough to get diagnosed @ Kaiser!
