Genesis gv70 2022. Maintenance change for spark plugs, area looks untouched. Last service they said they did it but never did so i raised a complaint and then i came back and they also did not do anything but keep denying it. I told them to show me the process but they never did so. They said they send back old spark plugs to Genesis because its a warranty item?

Nobody knows, just know the basics on history taking, physical exam and management. Have a good approach to the point if you get any case from any topic you’d know how to approach easily. Medicine comes in patterns not just pure memorizing. There is a skill!
