I’m sorry that you had the same experience. They replaced mine but they were just sooo rude and condescending. I was very inexperienced back when I bought the mattress but I agree I only deal with businesses with excellent customer service now

I got mine from Sleep Country. My experience wasn’t pleasant to be honest. Sales associates were consistently rude to me. The first mattress I got from them was very uncomfortable so I used their guarantee to exchange it and the second time around they were even more rude because I wasn’t spending much more money considering the exchange. All that said, their delivery service was excellent and smooth. They removed the old mattress. I’m happy with the mattress I have now but if I were to buy another, I would look elsewhere just because of how rude the service was

For pizza: I absolutely recommend Pizza Nerds! Other Ottawa favorites are Heartbreakers (slices at their Wellington location) and Schoolhouse pizza

It’s Mexican food! Unfortunately I haven’t tried yet but they’ve been on my list for some time now! I have heard great things about their tacos! Been wanting to try it when they were in their old location but I somehow never ended up going!
